2026 CDI Lecture Commercial Series
During my time working with Hope College's Center for Diversity and Inclusion, we strategically promoted five specific, high-priority events: the Civil Rights, Black History Month, Pan African, Women's History Month, and Asian Heritage Lectures. These commercials were posted on CDI’s Facebook & Instagram, in addition to being played on Hope College Sports livestreams. I took full accountability for the end-to-end production of these videos. My technical responsibilities included complete video and audio recording, directing, talent coaching, lighting design, video editing, color-correction, motion graphics integration, and captioning for digital accessibility.
The commercials garnered 16,609 views and almost 20 hours of total watch time on Instagram alone. The videos received thousands of views from Hope Sports livestreams. Most importantly, the CDI reported a highly positive response to the campaign, which directly correlated with a notable increase in student and community attendance at the advertised lectures.
Civil Rights Lecture
